  • By shopping or browsing on this Site, you warrant that you have read and understood these terms & conditions as well as the policies displayed on this Site and Agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions as well as the policies (collectively “the Agreement”).

  • Right of Admission Reserved.  

  • Shan's Accessories reserves the right to refuse service or products to a customer at their discretion

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities to any customer at our discretion

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • Products may differ slightly in colour compared to pictures.  

  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the Products that appear on the Site.

  •  As the colours that you see are subject to the monitor settings on your computer, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

  • All parts are non-original

  • Prices are applicable only while stocks last

  • Shans Accessories offers certain listed items that aren't as popular on special orders allowing the customer to be able to get a more rare item. Deposits will be requested and are non refundable for those items.

  • By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”)

  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or exploit any of our products or service on the website or other platforms through which the service is provided.

  • We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information

  • Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

  • As with all globes & lighting products, there are no warranties given. It would be best to have a professional installer fit & wire up the necessary products for you.

  • Only items given on our quotes will be given by our brand warranty.  Ensure that you request an invoice for warranty purposes.

  • Should a product be warped or unable to fit correctly. We will gladly swap out or refund you on the order.

  • For the price beat policy, the product must be from a reputable dealer.

  • The product must be an identical product to the one we keep. 

  • It must be at the current price.

  • The product must be in stock with the dealer and not limited to quantities

  • The price beat does not apply to foreign stores including online stores

  • The price beat does not apply to store openings, clearance sales, store closures, store relaunches, short promotions e.g Black Friday and online pre-orders

  • The price beat dos not apply to instore displays, aged products, discontinued products, refurbished products, second hand or damaged products.

  • No person, business or other website may link to any page on this website without the prior written permission of the Company.

  • All photographs are the property of Shans Accessories

  • Delivery costs are calculated taking into account the area of delivery as well as the weight and product dimensions of each Product being delivered, and are quoted separately.

  • There is a 20% handling fee of the retail price should the product supplied by Shans Accessories be the correct one and you wish to return it.  Returns can only be done if the product is in the original unused condition that it comes in.  No refund will be done if a product is damaged, used or scratched.  Original invoice must be provided and returns will only be done within 7 days of the purchase. 

  • Risk in the Products shall pass to you if you arrange your own courier company as soon as your courier company collects the items from Shans Accessories. 

  • Should you pay for the products via Manual EFT, the order will only be processed once we have received successful confirmation of payment that has cleared in our bank account

  • Certain items are on special orders and require 50 to 60% of the deposit upfront for placing the special order for rare items. Once the deposit is in, the money is NOT refundable and the money cannot be used to pay for any another item.

  • By submitting an order to buy Products (as well as your identity number, where required) you represent and warrant that you are over the age of 18, Represent and warrant that you are authorised to make payment with a Credit Card or Debit Card if you are paying via this mechanism, are authorised to make payment using the specified bank account should if you are paying via instant EFT, represent and warrant that there are sufficient funds available to pay for the order; and consent to us providing your personal information to our third party payment provider, which is necessary to enable us to perform our obligations in terms of this Agreement.

  • In order to protect our interests as well as yours, the company may scrutinize transactions to prevent attempted fraud. A transaction may be refused if the Company is not satisfied that it is legitimate. Should money be reversed, Shans Accessories reserves the right to take full legal action.

  • With regards to fitments, similar to any retail outlet, items are to be paid for on immediate handover, before the start of any fitments.  This is to avoid challenges of where there might be limits, insufficient funds or Network issues in the clients account where they are unable to do payments on completion of the work.

    NB!!! All items are sourced and resold. Most items are ordered on special request.
    All Items sold are non OEM.
