    Yes. Shans Accessories couriers worldwide.
  • Where are Shans Accessories Branches?
    Headoffice is in Johannesburg. Physical pick up locations are in London and Durban
  • How far do our mobile callout teams operate?
    We operate throught South Africa and charge rates based on distance from our Johannesburg office.
  • Can I apply for a position at Shans Accessories?
    Yes, you can provided that you feel you have a special talent that you feel can bring value to our business. Email your CV to us.
  • Does Shans Accessories open Mondays to Sundays?
    Yes we do and we work strictly on appointments therefore only attending to your vehicle when you book a time.
  • Can anyone come to Shans Accessories?
    No. Our right of admission is reserved and we work only on appointments. We are a wholesale warehouse. No appointment, No assistance.
  • Do we get discounts if we purchase on bulk?
    Yes. Our primary business is wholesale and servicing bulk customers. Discounted pricing is offered to our regular and bulk buying shops.
  • Does Shans Accessories offer credit?
    No we do not but we have 3 months lay buy options where if the price goes up within the 3 months, you will not pay an increased price so it is advisable to go for a lay buy option. Note that there is no refunds on lay buys and if you do not pay within the 3 months the money will be forfeited due to our losses in our potential income and we reserve the right to sell the item.
  • Does Shans Accessories offer a refund on an item?
    Yes we do at a 20% handling fee provided the item is in the original condition only. This is due to losses that the company suffers from not being able to sell it during the time the product was in the clients posession. It does not include any delivery charges incurred and it must be returned within 7 days.
  • Can a customer pay and send their own courier to collect?
    Definitely. Shans Accessories would prefer that you arrange your own courier to collect. We also have a packaging shop on site should you want to send someone to collect, package your product and take it away
  • Can Shans Accessories deliver products to a shop of my choice?
    Yes we can but additional charges may be charged.
