Please note that the following terms and conditions govern the provision of goods and services by Shans Accessories. We recommend reading them carefully before making any purchases or engaging with our company.
Availability
The availability of our goods and services is subject to confirmation. In the event of unavailability, Shans Accessories will notify the customer. At this point, customers have the option to wait until the item is back in stock or receive a full refund within 48 hours.
Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges: Customers wishing to make an exchange must return the product to our store at their own expense. The returned item should be in its original packaging and accompanied by a covering letter detailing the reasons for the return, along with the customer's contact details. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Returns: Similarly, returns must be made within 7 days of purchase, and the customer will bear the return shipping cost. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

Handling Fee
Please note that a 15% handling fee applies to all returned or exchanged items, regardless of the reason.

Used Products
Shans Accessories does not accept returns or offer refunds for used products, regardless of the reason.
All items sold by Shans Accessories are new and never been used before.

We regret to inform you that no returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted for any electrical items.

Online Orders
Packaging and Inspection: To ensure the best customer experience, our online orders are packaged and inspected using a comprehensive checklist system. This process helps us identify any damages, defects, breakages, or missing items (e.g., screws) before shipment.

Shipping Fees
Shans Accessories covers the shipping fees for returning defective or incorrect items.
Cancellation of Online Orders
Full Refund: Customers can receive a full refund for online orders if canceled before shipping.
Shipped Orders: Should a product already be shipped, customers must return the item at their own cost within 14 days of the purchase date to qualify for a refund (shipping fees excluded).
Factory Damaged Products: If a product is damaged from the factory, Shans Accessories will fully refund the product cost upon receiving the returned goods. Please note that this refund process may take up to 10-15 days.
Supplier Returns: In certain cases, Shans Accessories may need to return the goods to the supplier to determine the appropriate return or refund policy. Please be aware that shipping charges will not be refunded, and this process may take 10-15 days.
